You can resolve any issues with your transaction through Goodscast. You can choose to issue a full or partial refund through the Goodscast app.
If a resolution cannot be achieved between buyer and seller, it may be escalated to Goodscast Support: support@goodscast.zendesk.com
The buyer will need to open a dispute through Goodscast. If the item is confirmed to be as described, the dispute will be closed.
