If the credit in the orange box on your profile hasn't increased:
This is likely because the buyer hasn't released payment yet.
- First, message the buyer to confirm they did click "Item received" to release the payment to you.
- If messaging the buyer doesn't work, then contact Goodscast customer support: support@goodscast.zendesk.com
If you have withdrawn your account credit to your bank account:
Goodscast makes payouts using Stripe.
First time payouts may take up to 7 business days.
After that, payouts may take up to 3 business days.
